New Patients

Since April 2004 new patients have been automatically registered with the practice rather than with a specific doctor.  Patients are free to see the doctor of their choice.

New patients must live within the Practice boundary to register with us.  Currently our boundaries are – to Gorran Haven and just beyond in the South, to St Ewe in the west including Caerhays and north to the southern parts of St Austell, Sticker & Polgooth.

A Registration pack is supplied at the surgery; please see the helpful Reception team for a copy.
